  • Where is Art at the Barn

    Art at the Barn takes place at:

    9784 Courtland Drive
    Rockford, MI

    Classes are held in the barn, the art studio, and outdoor spaces around the property, providing a unique and inspiring setting for creativity.

  • What are the drop-off and pick-up procedures?

    Drop-off: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class begins. A staff member will greet students and check them in.

    Pick-up: Parents/guardians should arrive promptly at the end of class. If someone other than the listed guardian is picking up your child, please notify us in advance.

  • When is the registration deadline?

    Registration is open until the first day of class or until classes are full. We encourage registering early to secure your spot!

  • What is the cancellation/refund policy?

    Full Refund: Available if you cancel by June 1.

    No Refunds: After June 1, no refunds will be granted.

  • Is financial aid or scholarship assistance available?

    We believe every child should have the opportunity to create! If financial assistance is needed, please reach out to us at stabaczka@gmail.com or call 616-520-5262 to discuss available options.

  • What should students bring?

    A water bottle (we have stations for refills)

    Hat or sunglasses (recommended for outdoor sessions)

    Snack or lunch (depending on the length of their day with us)

    Most art supplies are provided, but we'll let you know in advance if anything special is needed.

  • What should students wear?

    We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that can get messy. Some classes involve paint, clay, or other materials that may not wash out easily. Closed-toe shoes are also encouraged for safety.
